The Apostle Paul writes:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">\u201cFor I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL, because it is the POWER OF GOD THAT BRINGS SALVATION TO EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES\u2026\u201d Romans 1:16<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here is a rather deep, but thorough explanation of the gospel also written by Paul. (Please read it slowly to grasp the profound revelation given here.)<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOnce you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now He has RECONCILED YOU by Christ\u2019s physical body through death to present you HOLY IN HIS SIGHT, without blemish and FREE FROM ACCUSATION\u2026 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">THIS IS THE GOSPEL<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d Colossians 1:21-23<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notice importantly, that is says that Christ is the one who reconciled us back to God\u2026 It wasn\u2019t our doing. It is referred to as the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good news because that is exactly what it is.\u00a0 When we believe the gospel, we are able to receive God\u2019s free gift of salvation with the hope of eternal life in Heaven. We become heirs of the promised inheritance God has prepared for all His sons and daughters! And that is GOOD NEWS!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27aa38b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"27aa38b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">How does a person receive Salvation? <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-774dc0d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"774dc0d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are a few good verses of Scripture which clearly answer this for us:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Romans 10:9<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">\u201cFor God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever BELIEVES IN HIM would never perish, but have ETERNAL LIFE.\u201d John 3:16<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">\u201cAnd you were INCLUDED in Christ when you heard the message of truth, THE GOSPEL of your salvation.\u00a0 WHEN YOU BELIEVED, you were MARKED IN HIM with a seal, the promised HOLY SPIRIT.\u201d Ephesians 1:13<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">God did His part (the big part), by sending His own son Jesus who paid the ultimate price for us on the cross.\u00a0 He opened the way for anyone to be able to approach Him through His son.\u00a0 Our part is believing in Jesus and what He did for us, and then receiving Him into our hearts by faith.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maybe you prayed the salvation prayer on our video\u2026 or maybe you have already received Christ previously. Either way, God promises to honor a sincere heart that calls out to Him in faith.
